Nation Security is searching for a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in executive support, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring our executives can operate efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and responsiveness.
- Manage special projects as assigned, coordinating resources and timelines effectively.
- Maintain confidential information and exercise discretion at all times.
- Assist with budgeting and expense reporting as required.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to enhance executive productivity.
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 1 years experience supporting senior executives in an administrative role
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Experience with project management and familiarity with budgeting processes is a plus
