Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services to patients on the Acute Rehab Unit.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, SLPs, nurses, and support staff.
• Document patient progress accurately using the Expanse system.
• Ensure excellent patient care through effective communication, rounding, and customer service.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including safety certifications and dress code.
• Assist with patient mobility, treatment planning, and therapy interventions as needed.
• Float to Medical Surgical units when census indicates, maintaining flexibility in coverage.
• Support the rehab team using state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
• Contribute to a high-performing team with a focus on outstanding patient outcomes.
