At Hexagon , we strive to help industrial manufacturers develop the disruptive technologies of today and the life-changing products of tomorrow. Our strength comes from our global footprint and enormous portfolio of advanced industrial sensors, measurement technologies, factory automation, simulation, and analytics tools. The Credit Analyst is responsible for evaluating new customers, establishing credit limits, monitoring credit limits, researching account activity, and resolving past due accounts through extensive contact with customers. Responsible for improving cash flow and minimizing bad debt. Responsibilities:

• Review and contact past due customer accounts to resolve delinquencies and ensure prompt payment
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and determine collectability of past due accounts
• Resolves debits, credits, unapplied cash and other deductions or discrepancies
• Interfaces with various intercompany departments to resolve credit issues and disputes regarding shipments, products, or purchase order discrepancies
• Follow through on issues to final resolution
• Responsible for daily credit approvals and release of orders
• Performs credit investigation of new accounts through Dun & Bradstreet, customer provided credit, and financial data
• Responsible for credit approvals up to $250,000 and establishment of new customers for service
• Handles all customer account maintenance, files, and customer's vendor data requirements
• Run monthly customer statements and review before mailing
• Run and analyze month-end receivable aging reports
• Performs other assigned duties as related to the credit function

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3 - 5 years commercial credit work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving and research skills
• Sense of discretion and maintains confidentiality.
• Knowledge of SalesForce.com and Service max Applications or related systems
