Beechtree Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility nestled in downtown Ithaca, known for its neighborhood-style layout, person-centered care, and a warm, home-like atmosphere. Staff often stay long-term, drawn by strong team dynamics and a leadership team that values continuity and compassion .

• Lead nursing staff through daily supervision, including admissions, discharges, and clinical decision-making

• Make rounds, support the DON/ADON, and ensure adherence to NYS and CMS regulations 

• Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs with coaching, support, and training

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate resident care

• Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and staff development efforts

• Active RN license in New York State

• At least 1 year of supervisory or charge nurse experience in a nursing home or rehab setting 

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Skilled in regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy

• A collaborative, resident-first mindset
