Commercial Systems Specialist (f/m/x) - Central Europe

Your mission: Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager Corrugated Solutions Central Europe, you will work closely with our central and regional teams, and you will enjoy being part of our continuous journey to success. Your tasks include: Setting data quality standards, governance, and validation rules in the CRM system. Monitoring, cleansing, and enriching customer and sales data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Serving as the main contact for business users and the IT/CRM support team. Delivering first-level support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end users. Creating and maintaining documentation, user guides and training materials for all sales systems and tools in use. Designing, configuring, and customizing systems to meet business needs. Overseeing User Acceptance Testing and facilitating the prompt resolution of identified defects or issues. Driving data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation. Your profile: At least five years of experience in roles such as: CRM Key User, or Administrator, Business Analyst focused on sales, or Sales Operations within an international environment. Expert in Microsoft Excel, analysis tools, and ERP systems; CRM and Qlik Sense knowledge is required. Strong skills in analysing, interpreting, and managing key figures. Completed studies in business informatics, business mathematics, business administration, finance, or a similar field. Proficiency in English and German. Capable of working independently with a focus on achieving results. Willing to travel up to 15%. Our offer: An inspiring position in our Corrugated Packaging department.
