Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Office Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Patients Per Day: Average 10-25 Practice Setting: Outpatient Scope: Primary Care, All Ages State Licensure: Active Ohio State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: No Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Weeks Facility Location Nestled along the winding banks of the Ohio River and tucked among rolling hills that are home to its many historic and eclectic neighborhoods, the "Queen City of the West" is a major hub of entertainment, business and Midwestern friendliness, as well as top-rate travel assignments at its leading facilities.
