Responsibilities

• Guide clients in identifying their financial goals and develop personalized strategies to achieve them.
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance and financial products to empower informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and regular follow-ups.
• Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance and investment solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide clients with the latest information.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving client satisfaction and business growth.
• Utilize company resources and training to continually enhance your knowledge and skills in financial planning and insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• MUST LIVE IN THE LUBBOCK, TX AREA.
• Experience in financial planning or insurance sales, with a focus on client-centered solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide clear, actionable advice.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients on financial products and strategies.
• Ability to stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Experience in collaborating with team members to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Proficiency in using financial planning software and tools to develop personalized strategies for clients.
