Job Title: Support Services Project Manager/Specialist Duration: Long-Term Contract Job Summary The Support Services Project Manager/Specialist will provide technical, administrative, and project management support for statewide telecommunications initiatives. This role focuses on telecommunications billing audits, financial improvements, VoIP implementation support, and ensuring successful delivery of critical communication infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and administrative support for the AT&T Legacy Services Conversion (C2C) Project to ensure statewide project milestones are achieved. Conduct comprehensive telecommunications network, voice service, and billing audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies. Perform financial analysis and billing reconciliation to identify cost‑saving opportunities. Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing staff on communications billing audit procedures and compliance standards. Lead and support complex VoIP service implementations and specialty telecommunications projects. Coordinate HELD Protocol migrations to modernize E911 emergency location services. Collaborate with stakeholders, telecom vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Required Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience in telecommunications technologies. Strong knowledge of telecom vendors, telecommunications services, and project management methodologies. Extensive experience with AT&T Centrex and other AT&T service offerings, including infrastructure, features, billing processes, and service delivery. Experience delivering telecommunications services for State Government environments. Proven expertise in telecommunications financial and billing audits, invoice reconciliation, billing validation, and cost optimization. Extensive experience implementing and supporting VoIP services, including network infrastructure requirements. Strong understanding of E911 regulations, emergency communications technologies, and network foundations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
