G&E Elite Exteriors is looking to Add high level Sales Representatives

This is a full-time and part-time opportunity with uncapped earning potential. If you are hungry, competitive, and willing to put in the work, this opportunity can become a six-figure plus career.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial roof inspections.
• Identify storm damage and educate property owners on the restoration process.
• Meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters when necessary.
• Present roofing solutions and close sales opportunities.
• Manage projects from signed contract through completion.
• Maintain communication and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project.
• Generate referrals and repeat business.
• Meet individual sales goals and maintain accountability.
• Represent G&E Elite Exteriors with professionalism and integrity.

Skills

• Roofing sales experience strongly preferred
• Door-to-door sales experience preferred
• Experience generating your own leads
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive and highly self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• A must have Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be coachable and willing to continuously improve
