Struck & Irwin Paving is looking for dependable, hardworking CDL-certified drivers to join our team for the upcoming season! As a third-generation family-owned company, we take pride in delivering quality pavement maintenance services across the region while building a strong team culture focused on safety, reliability, and hard work.

Not from the DeForest area? No Problem! Your week can start at our DeForest office or a pre-determined location. From there, you will be in company vehicles for the week and staying in a hotel from Monday through Thursday night with your crew. Company includes travel pay into work on Monday morning and your drive back home on Friday at your normal hourly or overtime rate. We offer hands on training from highly skilled employees who have been with us for many years. In addition to driving, thorough cleaning of your truck between loads, efficiently re-loading the truck with materials and the ability to occasionally lift 100 pounds is needed.
