You will lead the charge in establishing IHFM's presence in Arizona / Utah / Colorado / Nevada / New Mexico region within the healthcare community, forging strong relationships with Heart Failure (HF) clinicians and key stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead the commercial success of a transformative technology.
