Process Engineer

We’re looking for a hands‑on Process / Tooling Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team and help drive process improvement, tooling performance, and production readiness. Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience What You’ll Do Develop and validate processes using Scientific Molding techniques Perform DOE, OQ/PQ, and process qualifications Troubleshoot molding, tooling, and equipment issues Monitor process controls, quality, and production performance Maintain mold/process documentation and recommend improvements Partner with Design, Quality, and Project Engineering teams Train and mentor team members while supporting production What We’re Looking For Experience with Injection Molding / Plastics Manufacturing Strong knowledge of Scientific Molding Experience with DOE, OQ/PQ, and process validation Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and cross-functionally #J-18808-Ljbffr Teksky LLC
