JOB SUMMARY Prepares food and ensures quality food service is provided at all times. Communicate effectively with coworkers and management. Specified preparation of all menu items Food preparation Sanitation (cleaning cooking line, sanitation buckets, empty garbage, etc…) Rotation of all stock Maintain high cooking standards Side work-cleaning, restocking, etc… Cost control Clean‑up duties – line area, grill fryer, microwave, floors, cooler and freezers QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
