You are excited to contribute to CLC’s mission and build your skills through hands‑on experience. About the Role Assist with the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Supervise and engage young children. Support daily classroom routines and transitions. Help maintain a safe, healthy, and clean learning environment. Partner and communicate with families. Observe and document children’s interests and progress. Collaborate with co‑teachers, support staff, and administrators. Required Credentials At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications Work towards a CDA credential or coursework in Early Childhood Education. Strong desire to work with young children and their families. Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development in early childhood, such as internal CLC training and OEC courses. A positive, team-oriented attitude. Levels of experience will be a key factor in candidate selection. Basic computer literacy.
