Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

A growing and innovative engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager for their Indianapolis team! Responsibilities: Develop proposal sections, technical approaches and scopes of work Participate in client management for assigned key clients Drive/travel to client meetings, field work, and site inspections Identify additional business opportunities with key clients Assist with business development activities Coordinate duties with internal and external teams Execute the design to the appropriate level of detail Build/maintain client relationships Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university 9+ years of experience serving municipal clients involving planning, consulting, design, and construction services for a wide variety of services including water and wastewater planning and design PE License Proficient in stormwater design preferred Experience with project management, client interaction, and staff development Client management experience preferred Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work Salary is commensurate with experience.
