Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 6 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary The organization is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (CCL TECH) in Thornton, Colorado. This position involves providing specialized care in a cardiac catheterization laboratory, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures utilizing advanced imaging equipment. The role requires a committed healthcare professional capable of working in a dynamic environment with a focus on high-quality patient care. Job Details Location: Thornton, Colorado Position Description: Rapid Response new rate; six-week assignment, with 36 hours guaranteed per week, consisting of four 9-hour shifts. This role includes two nights of on-call and every third weekend. Schedule: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registration as a Radiology Cardiology Interventional Specialist (RCIS) or Radiologic Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES); willing to apply for fluoroscopy operator registration in Colorado with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA); minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital Cath Lab Technologist experience; Bachelors degree in a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ARRT (CI) or (CV), holding prior procedure experience involving LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostics and interventions, pacers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEE, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests. Additional Responsibilities: Must take on-call responsibilities with the rest of the team, be located within 30 minutes of the cath lab, and work collaboratively within a high-functioning team.
