Job Title: Mig and Tig Welder Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders with expertise in Mig and Tig welding to join our dynamic team in the Chickasha area. This position involves welding steel building materials in a manufacturing facility, where precision and quality craftsmanship are paramount.

• Perform Mig and Tig welding on steel building materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise welding tasks.
• Engage in fabrication processes and ensure high-quality welds.
• Utilize spray arc techniques as necessary to complete projects.

• Proficiency in Mig and Tig welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in steel fabrication and spray arc techniques.

• Knowledge of Tig, stick, and flux welding is advantageous.
• Possession of a personal welding hood is required.

Work in a manufacturing facility with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, including occasional Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Expect to work an average of 54 hours per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chickasha, OK.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
