Project Sales Manager

You will identify project opportunities and develop strategies to cover the LATAM market, being responsible for the acquisition phase, promoting Endress+Hauser as a project partner to our clients, using your commercial abilities and knowledge in the field to foster high-quality projects that satisfy clients’ requirements in terms of accuracy, time, and investment.Which tasks will you perform?Development and training of processes and tools to support the project businessSupport to form project teams for selected opportunitiesAssist customers in justifying projects, while ensuring that they will be reducing risk and/or costComplete project stakeholder analysis, identify and recruit project team members to support the project life cycle for the customerDetermine the project pursuit strategy and implement it by collaborating with the project team - adapt it to changing circumstancesCoordinate communication between global project influences and Endress+Hauser’s sales, project, service and production organizationsMaximize the opportunity for E+H to be a multi-product and service provider for the project, promoting the future installed base at the project job siteDevelop proposal strategies and plans based on the project requirements, aligned with the sales strategy, and present the final proposal to the customer if so requiredLead contract negotiations and secure the sales opportunityBuilds relationships with key decision makers and alliance partnersPromotes and positions Endress+Hauser as a customer process automation partnerIdentify project opportunities at the earliest possible stage of improvementWhat do we expect from you?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fieldSales and project pursuit experience is required Years of experience in relevant fields: 4-6 years PM certificate is a great advantage Business administration and technical knowledge is of advantage Experience in process control instrumentation industry and developing global projects is an additional benefit Project Management, Marketing and Service sales experience is an additional benefit Negotiation skills Good communication and presentation skills Deep intercultural understanding and professional English levelAbility to analyze and interpret financial data and make decisions Ability to conduct a Project Stakeholder Analysis Willingness to travel up to 30% Preferable knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry marketWhat can you expect from us?The stability and security of working for a respected international, family‑owned companyBe part of the Latam Support Center (LAS) – a regional hub powered by young talent and rich cultural diversityA wide range of learning and development programs to support both your professional growth and personal developmentAttractive salary package Annual performance appraisal and annual salary reviewAnnual Bonus under Global Incentive FrameworkPremium health insurance for you and dependents with RimacFlexible working hours and remote working model. 3 days at the officePosition open for relocation packageHow do you apply?
