Sales Administrator - Hybrid | Countryside, IL
LHH is partnering with a growing organization in the Countryside area to hire a Sales Administrator on a contract to hire OR direct hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys supporting sales teams through reporting, analysis, and process improvement. Location & Schedule- Location: Countryside, IL
- Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Pay Rate: $32-$35/hour
- Employment Type: Contract to Hire OR Direct Hire
- Compile and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses using Excel
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to provide insights that support strategic decision-making
- Assist with forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales performance reporting
- Support administrative functions including data entry, documentation, and process tracking
- Coordinate and support cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Attend trade shows twice per year
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Administrator or related role
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting)
- Experience creating reports and dashboards for business or sales teams
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
