Assistant Manager General Manager Operational Training Manager District Manager Multi-Unit Leadership What You'll Do Lead shifts while supporting the Assistant Manager and General Manager. Coach, motivate, and develop Team Members. Help train and onboard new employees. Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Monitor labor, food quality, and speed of service during your shift. Assist with inventory, prep levels, and shift readiness. Support opening and closing procedures. Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure company standards are followed. Lead by example while creating a positive, motivating, and accountable work environment. Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance.
