Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,638 per week

First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska.

• Unit: Labor & Delivery (16 LDR Rooms, 9 Antepartum Beds)
• Shift: 12-Hour Days | 36 hrs/week
• Experience: 2+ Years L&D Experience
• License: Active RN License Required
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, Intro to Fetal Monitoring
• EMR: EPIC

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for laboring, antepartum, and postpartum patients
• Circulate in C-sections/OR procedures
• Perform newborn assessments and routine infant care
• Monitor fetal heart tracings and manage high-risk OB patients
• Administer and titrate medications including Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate
• Float to Postpartum as needed

Requirements:

• Must be competent in OR circulation and newborn care
• Every 3rd weekend (may increase based on unit needs)
• Driver's License required at submission
• Artificial nails prohibited
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and positive attitude preferred
