Our client is a physician-led primary care organization that is transforming healthcare for seniors through a relationship-driven, value-based care model. They believe physicians deliver the best care when they have the time, support, and autonomy to truly focus on their patients — not on rushed schedules or excessive administrative burden.

- Competitive compensation package with $250,000 - $270,000 base + Bonus
- Up to 10% annual bonus opportunity
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
- Partnership track with no buy-in required
- Most physicians reach partnership within 12–18 months
- Monday–Friday schedule only
- No nights, weekends, or hospital call
- 100% outpatient practice
- Average of only 18 patients per day
- Small patient panel capped at approximately 450 patients
- Dedicated admin time built into your schedule

Practice with Support:
You’ll be backed by a dedicated care team so you can focus on what matters most — your patients.
- Personal Medical Assistant
- Scheduler
- Referral Coordinator
- Collaborative interdisciplinary care model
Patient Population:
Work with an appreciative senior patient population in a model designed to improve long-term health outcomes through preventative and personalized care. Physicians have the time and resources to build meaningful relationships with patients managing chronic conditions.
Additional Clinic Resources:
- In-house specialty support including Cardiology, Podiatry, and more
- Holistic wellness services including:
- Acupuncture
- Nutrition counseling
- Tai Chi
- Yoga
- Transportation services provided for patients to improve access to care
Comprehensive Benefits Package:
- 33 days PTO
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and supplemental coverage for physicians and families
- 401(k) with 5.5% employer match
- CME allowance of $3,500 plus one week of dedicated CME time
Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license
- Active DEA license
- NO RESIDENTS
- NO VISA CANDIDATES
