Lead HR Tech Risk & Access Governance Analyst | Hybrid

Boston Scientific is seeking a Principal Analyst to lead HR technology risk and access governance across SAP SuccessFactors and other HR platforms. You will partner with HR Operations, IT, Privacy, Legal and Internal Audit to build sustainable access controls and evidence for audits. The role demands strong SOX knowledge, governance design, and cross-functional influence.
