Pay & Schedule
- 1st Shift: $19.50/hr
- 2nd & 3rd Shift: $21.50/hr
- 36 48+ hours per week with overtime opportunities
- Seasonal positions with potential to work through harvest and packaging seasons
What You'll Do As a General Operator, you'll support a variety of production, warehouse, packaging, and agricultural operations throughout the year, including:
- Seed processing, packaging, and inventory management
- Warehouse and forklift operations
- Loading/unloading materials
- Quality inspections and data entry
- Harvest support and crop handling
- General facility upkeep and 5S activities
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up-to 60 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Forklift experience is a plus
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Resume required
- Steel-toe boots required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Tobacco-free facility (no smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco onsite)
