Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

- Dates/Schedule: Beginning ASAC (90 days) for 3 months with the option to extend. 4x10's, possibly 5x10's each week between Monday-Friday. No nights, no weekend, and no call required for this position
- Case Mix: General, ortho, neuro (head/spine), and OB. No hearts and no peds listed as required
- Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
- Certifications: NBCRNA, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Active OH License
