Lescombes Family Vineyards is the premier vineyard and winery in the state of New Mexico. Our current locations consist of our bistro locations: Albuquerque Cottonwood, Albuquerque Old Town, Alamogordo, and Las Cruces; Hervé Wine Bar in Santa Fe; and a tasting room adjacent to the winery in Deming. The Dishwasher is a vital member of the kitchen team, ensuring all guests experience polished, clear dishware and utensils, and contributes to the overall presentation of the dining experience in a high-quality and timely fashion. The Dishwasher is an essential support to the front-of-house team in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
