Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Fountain Valley, CA. This role is ideal for a human resources professional who enjoys supporting employees and managers across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.

The HR Generalist will play an important role in maintaining a positive, productive, and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, documentation, and policy administration.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and new hire processes.
- Partner with managers and employees to address HR questions, performance concerns, and workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Administer benefits-related processes and support employees with general benefits questions and enrollment needs.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support continuous improvement of HR programs and workplace practices.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $60 to $80,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Fountain Valley, CA.
