What You’ll Be Doing (And Why You’ll Love It):• Deliver compassionate, one-on-one care that makes clients feel seen, safe, and supported.
• Monitor patient health and implement care plans that are as unique as they are.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and heart.
• Be a trusted ally to patients, their families, and your team—because healing is a group effort.
• Offer emotional support and companionship that turns patients into extended family.
• A current LPN license in Nebraska.
• Experience in home health is a plus—but heart, empathy, and reliability are everything.
• Excellent communication skills—you know how to talk to people, not at them.
• Independence and teamwork—you can do both, and you do them well
