Customer Service/ Sales Representative

Comfort Experts is one of the largest heating and air companies in the DFW metroplex. Our headquarters is located in beautiful Weatherford, TX about 1/2 an hour west of Fort Worth which is where this job would be located. Responsibilities Answering inbound troubleshooting and repair calls Scheduling our service and sales representatives Dispatching calls to our technicians and sales reps Making outbound follow up calls to our existing customer base Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Data entry Ability to learn our business Must be drug free and felony free Compensation & Benefits Starting pay $13 through training and then move to a base plus where our top CSRs are making $18-$19 per hour. • 1) Monday-Friday 12-9 with weekends off through the summer. 11-8 during the winter. Weekends off
• 1) Sunday- 8a-5p and Monday-Wednesday 9a-8p Thursday-Saturday off
• 1) Wed- Fri 8a-5p Saturday 8a-5p Sunday-Tuesday off
• 1) Saturday 8a-5p Monday-Wednesday 9a-8p off Thursday, Friday, Sunday
