Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote IT Security Manager will oversee authentication, API security, and web security platform delivery while driving workflow transformation and operational excellence across core security services. Key responsibilities Manage a team of 8-10 engineers focused on authentication and web security, ensuring productivity and accountability Implement structured intake processes and transition to formal workflow management tools, defining SLAs and performance metrics Engage with Digital, Application Development, and Business teams to translate business requests into actionable work and ensure clear communication Required qualifications Proven experience managing technical teams with 7+ direct reports Strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM), authentication, or web security environments Experience in implementing workflow processes and operational reporting Familiarity with application development or digital product teams Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills
