- Session length ranges from 30-45 minutes

- Level 1 Coach: $16-17/session > Level 2 Coach: $18-19/session > Level 3 Coach: $20+/session
- Quarterly performance bonuses (avg. $100-300 per quarter)

- Openings available mornings, afternoons, and Saturday mornings (Mandatory)
- Choose 13-35 classes per week based on your availability
- Create your own schedule around school or other commitments
- Coach engaging 30-45-minute classes for groups of up to 8-12 children
- Set up and break down equipment at preschools, daycares, and parks
- Use Soccer Shots curriculum focusing on motor skills and character development
- Create a safe, inclusive environment through positive reinforcement
- Communicate with families, teachers, and caregivers
- Track attendance and manage equipment
- Soccer playing experience (high school, club, recreational, or college)
- Desire to work with children ages 2-8
- Minimum commitment: Just 13 classes per week (30-45 minutes each)
- Complete your interview - Quick 15-20 minute in-person interview
- Start training within 7 days - Paid training begins immediately
