Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including evaluation, plan of care development, and implementation of therapeutic interventions. Documentation experience in outpatient settings, including goal writing, progress notes, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic requirements. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants or support staff as applicable. Maintain professional licensure and meet state‑mandated continuing education requirements. Preferred: experience with orthopedic and post‑operative rehabilitation caseloads. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Duration: 13 week assignment. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
