Location: Martin, Tennessee

Start Date: 08-05-2026

End Date: 11-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for holistic patient support
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient evaluation and evidence-based treatment planning
• Therapy delivery focused on restoring function and mobility
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and family communication
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations and infection control standards
• Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic healthcare settings
