Position: Pest Control Technician Sign On Bonus: $1,000 depending on experience Service Area: Snohomish and King County, WA Home Office: Federal Way, WA Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $27-30/hour depending on experience + Production + Commissions + Quarterly Bonuses Responsibilities: As a Pest Control Technician at Fikes, you will be an integral part of our mission to safeguard the well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify pest-related issues. Developing and implementing effective pest management strategies tailored to each situation. Applying safe and appropriate treatment methods to eliminate pests while ensuring the safety of occupants and pets. Providing exceptional customer service by educating clients on prevention measures and post-treatment guidelines. Maintaining accurate records of service visits, treatments, and any recommendations. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize pest control techniques and strategies. Servicing established routes in the Puget Sound. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients. Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail. Prior experience in pest control is a plus, but not required. We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
