As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You¿ll support clinic operations by managing patient registration, insurance verification, and financial discussions, while contributing to a culture of service excellence. • Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
• Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
• Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff.

• Ability to perform calculations and complete forms accurately.
