(*You must be hired between August 20, 2026-September 15, 2026)Pay Rate:$22 per hour(plus tips)License Requirement: Class B with Passenger Endorsement What We Offer: Participation in and financial benefit from our shared employee ownership program Instant offers standout candidates can receive conditional offers immediately after their interviewGreat tips for those who are eligible Consistent schedulesFor those who are eligible to enroll: Life InsuranceFor those who are eligible: Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Training and professional development opportunitiesCertain shifts eligible for shift differential Key Responsibilities of Shuttle Drivers: Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practicesPerform the appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsGreet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggageProvide pleasant customer service Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible serviceMay cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by managementComply with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehiclesPerform additional duties as reasonably requested by ManagementKnowledge, Skills, & Experience of Shuttle Drivers:Must be at least 21 years of ageHigh school education or equivalentPrevious driver and/or customer service experience preferred Currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee HandbookCurrently holds a CDL and any applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulationsCan read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulations that require these skillsAbility to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage with or without an accommodationAt The Parking Spot, we don't just accept difference - we celebrate and seek it.
