What You’ll Do

Welding Operations

• Perform precision TIG and MIG welding on aerospace components using approved procedures and work instructions.
• Weld a variety of aerospace materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, and other specialty alloys.
• Produce high-quality welds that meet dimensional, visual, structural, and customer requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment while maintaining proper welding techniques and practices.

Blueprints & Specifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, specifications, and work instructions.
• Follow qualified Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and established process requirements.
• Ensure completed work meets aerospace standards, customer specifications, and company quality requirements.

Quality & Inspection

• Perform detailed self-inspection of completed welds and components.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns, defects, or discrepancies.
• Complete rework and corrections as needed to meet established requirements.
• Work with the Quality team during in-process and final inspections.

**Must have 3 years of welding experience***
