Location: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601
Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts/week
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Duration: 13 Weeks
PAY PACKAGE:
Pay Rate: $65.00/HR
Weekly Gross: $2,600/Week
Taxable: $31.15/HR ($1,246/Week)
Non-Taxable: $33.85/HR ($1,354/Week)
Requirements:
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
3+ years CST experience
Must live 75+ miles from facility
Holiday coverage required
OT: After 40 hours at 1.5x the W2 hourly rate.
