And we have two affiliates, inPlace Pumping and Behnken Concrete, that keep things interesting.

We're growing, and we're on the hunt for a special kind of HR professional – someone who gets that 'HR' is really about 'Human Relations' first and foremost. We're looking for a People & Culture Lead (or what some folks call an HR Manager) to help us continue building an awesome team and ensure everyone thrives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Talent Scouting Extraordinaire : You'll be our front-line recruiter, constantly on the lookout for great people to join B Concrete and our affiliate teams. Think creative sourcing, building connections, and bringing in folks who fit our culture.
• Team Communication Champion : You'll help us keep the lines of communication open and clear, making sure everyone feels heard, understood, and connected to our shared mission. This is about continuing our supportive environment.
• People Placement & Development : Working with the leadership, you'll help understand individual strengths and facilitate internal opportunities, ensuring our valued team members are in roles where they can shine and grow.
• HR Foundation Builder : Yes, the nuts and bolts are important too! You'll handle essential HR compliance, maintain accurate records, and use your savvy with MS Office (think Word, Excel, Outlook) to keep our systems ticking along smoothly.
