File maintenance, arranging meetings, correspondence and other administrative functions. Primary contact and support for external visitors and assisting with vendors. Must be able operate phone system and provide good customer service to callers. What you need to succeed: HS Diploma/Equivalent 1-2 years office/administrative experience Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to maintain "confidential" information Demonstrated ability to handle multi-task functions Why Schreiber?
