Job Locations: US-MO-COLUMBIA Line of Business: SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: USD $75,000.00 / Year Overview Provide direct oversight and supervision to BCBA's, BCaBA's, RBT's and Behavior Technicians. Provide behavioral support services, social skills programming and/or skill acquisition goals to consumers with ASD and/or behavioral support needs. This person must be a BCBA and have the ability to work in a hybrid position with minimum travel in clinic. Responsibilities Assessment, evaluation, training and education, program planning, support services and clinical services to consumers, families, and staff. Provide behavioral evaluations, act as liaison for psychiatric supports, participate in ongoing assessments, develop and monitor behavioral intervention plans, meet with clients and families, respond to emergencies, prepare and submit written reports, maintain caseload files, and participate as a member of the multidisciplinary and professional teams. Provide staff/family training on implemented programs. Review all Functional Behavior Assessments/Behavior Support Plans prior to implementation. Conduct home/community visits and supervise consumers as needed. Ensure all FBAs and behavior support plans are current and contain appropriate measurable goals. Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and psychiatric appointments as needed. Maintain billable hours spreadsheet. Ensure that all staff maximize productivity for each client. Conduct weekly meetings with BCBA: review billable hours, discuss productivity, schedule technicians, review caseload, and track supervision to meet 5% supervision requirement. Review goal progress for each child and identify key milestones (reassessment dates, insurance requirements, etc.). Create and maintain satisfaction surveys to identify key performance indicators that may need improvement. Conduct in‑services focused on key performance indicators that need improvement. Track and maintain certification documentation for staff: BCBAs recertification and supervision training, RBTs renewal dates. Provide support for BCBA scheduling coverage to ensure productivity. Stay current with state and federal regulations; provide in‑service updates to behavior clinicians on regulatory changes. Review billing for BCBAs, BCaBA’s, RBTs and Behavior Technicians on the 15th and last day of each month: upload notes with supporting documentation, finalize times, ensure appropriate utilization. Participate in statewide community activities that promote company growth: meet prospective consumers and families, attend recruitment functions, engage school districts, and explore additional funding sources such as Early Intervention and Department of Education Services. Other duties as assigned by State Director. Qualifications Master or doctorate degree in a human-related field that meets or exceeds state funding source requirements. Independently licensed or certified. Three or more years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or ASD.
