This role offers direct exposure to clients, subcontractors, field operations, and executive leadership while contributing to complex negotiated projects in the $15M–$25M range.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with project budgeting, scheduling, and cost trackingCoordinate subcontractor and vendor communicationsSupport procurement and buyout activitiesManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationParticipate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutesAssist with project reporting and client communicationWork closely with field teams to support project execution and closeoutEnsure projects maintain quality, schedule, and safety standardsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred2+ years of commercial construction experience preferredExperience working with a General Contractor strongly preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office SuiteTeam-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into a Project Management roleBenefitsCompetitive base salary: $75,000 – $90,000Annual performance bonus target of approximately 10%Vehicle allowance/company vehicleComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off and holidaysLong-term career advancement opportunitiesStable backlog of negotiated workCollaborative company culture with direct leadership access
