Join Our Client as an Utility Engineer in Vacaville, CA a biopharma industry leader! We seek a driven pro with an Engineering BS and 3-8+ years of utilities experience. Advance your career by ensuring compliant, world-class manufacturing operations with a premier, forward-thinking team.

• Serve as the technical SME for critical plant utilities (WFI, clean steam, compressed air), providing daily monitoring and real-time troubleshooting to guarantee uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

• Identify and design targeted improvements for utility and process systems, ensuring strict adherence to FDA, cGMP, and site performance standards.

• Lead full-lifecycle capital engineering projects for Our Client, expertly managing scopes, budgets, construction activities, and final validation.

• Develop vital engineering documentation (PFDs, P&IDs) and actively drive deviation investigations, CAPAs, and audit readiness initiatives.

• Partner closely with quality, maintenance, and facility teams to perform root cause analyses and elevate continuous improvement efforts across the site.
