Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ARRT (CI) or ARRT (R)
• Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS or BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 1 years.
• Skills Assessment CIR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of HCA Healthcare in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to float to sister facilities within 25 miles as needed.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Must have Critical Care experience Must have Meditech EMR experience Must have experience with GE Biplane Suite / Mac Lab equipment Must have proficiency in neuro-interventions, angiograms, embolizations, and biopsies
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
