Locum - NP/PA - Geriatric Medicine -North Carolina | Competitive pay

Talented Medical Solutions

This is a PACE Clinic ongoing opportunity starting ASAP, with mid-November 2026 being a realistic start date. The position offers a day schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM , caring for a geriatric patient population . Providers will work autonomously with a Medical Director present and must have prior experience; new graduates are not accepted . The provider must be local, with mileage reimbursed.

EMR: Epic

Medical Director: Present during assignment

Board Certification: ANCC or AANP

Required Certifications: BLS, CDS Certification, DEA Registration

Licensure: Providers needing to obtain a state license may be considered

Credentialing: Up to 45 days

Mileage: Reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
