Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of patient acquisition for medicinal cannabis and welcoming adult‑use use customers, fostering an environment where education, exploration, and satisfaction intersect. Your primary responsibility is to offer comprehensive education on strains, effects, and various methods of cannabis use, ensuring everyone receives tailored information to make informed decisions. Beyond education, you’ll be the face of our dispensary, delivering warm and informed service, recording transactions in the POS system, and collaborating closely with dispensary managers to maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment.
