Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling services through video chat, ensuring a supportive and non-judgmental environment for each client.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and develop personalized treatment plans that address individual needs and goals.

• Facilitate the development of new coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication skills among clients, empowering them in their mental health journeys.

• Utilize our user-friendly telehealth platform to manage counseling sessions, track client progress, and ensure seamless service delivery.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards while minimizing the amount of paperwork you have to complete.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. This demographic includes individuals managing daily stressors, transitions, and mild to moderate mental health concerns. Your role will directly impact these clients by providing them the tools and strategies to enhance their wellbeing and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and independent state licensure as either an LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD with no disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills along with proficiency in computer literacy to effectively utilize telehealth counseling technology.

• A stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection to ensure uninterrupted service delivery during counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in remote counseling or telehealth environments, with a proven track record of successful client interactions.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques suited for low-acuity issues.

• Experience in building personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, dependent upon the number of hours worked.
