Role Description The Senior Finance Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role manages month-end and year-end close processes, prepares financial statements, and ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The Senior Finance Manager will analyze financial performance, monitor key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing cash flow, reviewing variance analyses, optimizing costs, supporting pricing decisions, and partnering with leadership on long-term financial strategies. The role also involves mentoring finance team members, improving financial processes and systems, and collaborating cross-functionally with operations, sales, and technology teams to maintain strong financial controls and transparent reporting.

Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Proficiency with financial systems and tools, such as ERP platforms, accounting software, and advanced Excel or similar analytical applications.
- Experience in leading or supervising finance teams, with skills in mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to develop and improve processes, implement internal controls, and support strategic initiatives with clear financial insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or CFA) is preferred.
- Experience in a software, technology, or services environment and working effectively in a remote setting is highly beneficial.
