RBC

RBC's Law Group seeks an in-house counsel to support a dually-registered broker-dealer and registered investment adviser. You will draft and review contracts, conduct legal research, and advise on complex regulatory and operational matters affecting our business. You will collaborate with business units to analyze legal risk and support strategy execution, providing counsel on SEC, FINRA and state securities laws while working with a collaborative, high‑performing legal team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
