Pay range: $52k-$60k

Plus bonus program

The Role:

The General Manager is responsible for the daily rhythm of our restaurant. You’ll oversee operations, budgets, staffing, and events—all while ensuring every guest leaves happier than when they arrived. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to inspire a culture of hospitality across both front and back of house.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent our restaurant as a visible leader in the Elizabethtown community.
• Build and maintain a guest-first culture where service and hospitality shine.
• Be active and present in the dining rooms, engaging with guests and supporting staff.
• Lead creative marketing and event efforts that attract new guests while rewarding loyal ones.
• Manage financials including budgets, cost controls, and inventory.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and coach a high-performing team.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and service standards that meet and exceed expectations.
• Stay connected to restaurant trends, bringing fresh ideas to keep our brands innovative.

Who You Are:

• At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, private club, or hospitality setting.
• A natural leader who thrives on motivating teams and building relationships with staff and guests.
• Organized and business-minded, with strong knowledge of budgets, cost controls, and operational systems.
• Guest-focused with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• A degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, but proven success and passion for leadership matter most.
